Mushroom Sauté
Type: Stir Fry
Ingredients: 6-8 Crimini Mushrooms- brushed, cleaned, and sliced
½ c. Yellow Onion- sliced thin
1 c. Sugar snap peas- trim off ends and cut in half at a slant
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
¼ t. Anner’s mix
Description: Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Add veggies and sprinkle with Anner’s and sauté for 4-5 min.
